Mitragyna Speciosa is a plant commonly called Kratom. The plant, Mitragyna Speciosa or Kratom, is native to and grows naturally in Southeast Asia, mainly Indonesia.

Is Kratom legal in Europe?
Yes, Kratom is legal in the majority of EU nations. Nonetheless, we strongly urge you to confirm your specific country’s legality before placing an order.

Do you lab test your Kratom?
Yes, independent/third-party laboratories test each batch.


Do you ship from Sweden?
Yes, we send all our packages from Sweden with Postnord.

Can I order from the UK?
For now, shipping to the UK is an option. Please order no more than 2 kilogram. Thus, import fees may apply. Splitting your orders will save you money. We manage all export documentation. Basically, we cannot promise delivery on time in all cases since we and Postnord have no influence over customs delays now that the UK has left the EU.

Can I change the address where my order will be delivered?
While placing an order or making an account, you have the option of specifying the delivery address.

Can my package be discretely packed?
We always send our outer packages without a brand or logo.

Do you send packages to mailboxes directly?
Yes. If you select the option for a home package or agent, the package will be delivered to the mailbox. However, postnord may occasionally believe direct letterbox delivery is impossible because of different factors, but they might still deliver it to the nearest agency.

Can I track the package?
Yes. Once we dispatch the package, we email the tracking number to the recipient.

Can I come and collect the package from you?

Yes. We only sell to consumers who are at least 18 years old, and we reserve the right to screen visitors and deny service.

Do you offer refunds?
Within 14 days of making the purchase, you have the option to send back the product and get a full refund of the product. However, the packaging must remain sealed, though.

Can I cancel a purchase?
Certainly, get in touch with our customer service as soon as possible. But since we can’t cancel it when it when the package is already on the way to you, please email us as quickly as possible.


What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through Bank transfer. Additionally, we offer payment towards an invoice. Please email us your order if you want to pay with an invoice. As soon as we have recieved your email with your ordering information, we will send you an order confirmation by email.
